UPC at APOD

Integrate a customer custom Visual Decoration system with the scanning of a UPC at the testing equipment. The Visual Decoration System was used in order for the testing equipment to get the correct data to scan the UPC for verification and to tell the testing equipment how to test the battery.

> Passing the UPC and other part specific information into Machine control using RSLinx.
> Provided multi-threading background process to support multiple production lines in a single application.
